When will my reservation turn into an order?
You can reserve Cana One now. You can get a refund on the reservation anytime. When Cana One is ready for delivery, you’ll get an email with a complete feature set, the expected ship date, and a request to purchase your device (with a credit for your reservation fee).
How do I update or cancel?
You may cancel your reservation and get a full $99 refund at any time prior to final payment. Canceling your reservation forfeits your spot in the reservation queue. If you reserve Cana One again, you will receive a new spot in the queue.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at support@cana.com with your order number and request.
When will I be expected to pay for my device?
When a device becomes available for delivery, you’ll get an email with a complete feature set of your Cana One, the expected ship date, and a request to purchase your device (with a credit for your reservation fee).
